Co-founder and COO of Encomenda Capital Partners, Mercè has 20 years of experience in venture capital and investment in technology-based projects in the early stages of development. She began her career in corporate M&A to jump into VC working in different positions in the investment team and managing several funds, specially linked to insurtech, traveltech, proptech and other digital transformations projects.
