*Press Area

There will be a Press Area at The District 2022 venue, Hall 8 in Fira Barcelona – Montjuic, where we will produce and distribute press materials. We will host a variety of conferences throughout the event and are happy to arrange press interviews for you or facilitate access to expert opinions from leading industry analysts. This will also give you access to the schedule of special press events.

Accredited journalists will be able to work and use the Press Area during the three-day show.

Media professionals can get free and easy access to the latest The District exhibitor’s press releases, and take a deeper dive into partners’ press kits.

Credentials policy

Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press who represent a media organization.

The Press Area is only open to members of the working press. Identification may be required when you apply, such as a copy of a press card issued by a recognised institute of journalists or union, or equivalent proof of employment by a publication or broadcaster. Freelance journalists may be required to send evidence of previous publications.

Participants will be responsible for any other expenses that the organisers do not agree to cover when acceptance into the Hosted Press programme is confirmed.
