Manuel Ibáñez

Manuel has played a pivotal role in key strategic initiatives that have shaped DWS real estate presence in Iberia.
Within DWS, his most recent achievement was to establish a rental residential platform which now boasts four sizable acquisitions including 11 buildings with more than 1,500 apartments. He has contributed to EUR 2.1 billion of real estate transactions across Spain and Portugal, including the acquisition of the Diagonal Mar for almost EUR 500 million.
Prior to DWS, he served five years with Unibail Rodamco. He holds an Executive MBA at IESE and a bachelor degree in international business administration by the Univ. of Navarra.
