It is a large-scale business that requires significant resources to be committed from the initial phase, as well as expert managers to optimize both its operation and marketing in order to reduce vacancy rates and increase yields. It is an emerging business for construction companies and developers, but with little margin for error and extremely demanding on the part of investment capital.
