Helena Beunza Ibáñez

Helena Beunza, a legal expert in housing, urban planning and public policy, is president of ASVAL, a director at SOGEVISO and founder of Legal Consulting Urbhe, advising entities on land management, regulations and sustainable development. She has held senior positions such as Secretary General for Housing in the Spanish Government and director of the Valencian Housing and Land Agency, promoting social housing policies, urban regeneration and land use planning.
