Unlocking Affordable Living Through European Alliances
The transformation of Europe’s rental housing market is being driven by a new wave of public–private partnerships, EU-funded initiatives, and regulatory shifts focused on affordability, sustainability, and scalability. In this session, ASVAL brings together key European partners and institutional stakeholders to discuss how these collaborations, such as the LIFE INSPIRE-US project and contributions to the European Affordable Housing Plan, are shaping the next generation of rental solutions. We’ll explore models that bridge public and private capital, accelerate building renovation, and define a coherent European framework for long-term rental supply.
