Guillermo Baygual

Guillermo Baygual is a Managing Director and is head of the EMEA Industries Coverage group and co-head of EMEA M&A at J.P. Morgan. He joined J.P. Morgan in 1999 as a member of the European Advisory team, later assumed responsibilities in the Spanish IB business, from 2012 to 2016 he co-led J.P. Morgan’s global Real Estate and Infrastructure teams and, until 2018, the Diversified Industries group. He previously worked in Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and in Morgan Stanley.
