Position:
Felix is Head of the RICS Valuation team at JLL in Spain. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the Spanish real estate market. His current responsibilities include the coordination and supervision of market valuations in accordance with RICS standards for national and international investors, lenders, developers, corporates and public entities among others.
