David Hernández Segado

David has over 15 years of experience in the legal sector. Before joining Neinor Homes as Chief Legal Officer, David worked at the M&A department in Madrid of a US firm where he advised national and international companies and financial investors in a wide range of sectors, particularly in the context of cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate governance matters. David holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra and a LLM from IE Business School.
