Over the last 15 years Carlos has lead the Development of the Hilton Worldwide group in Spain and Portugal. Throughout his 30 years of experience in the hotel sector and in addition to his role at Hilton, he held positions in hotel operations (mainly in Spain, China and the Philippines) as well as a hotel owner (Metrovacesa).
