Xavier Mayo Torres

He has been serving the city of Barcelona since 1991 both in the fields of economic promotion and social cohesion. Since 2008 he is in responsible of attracting foreign investment to the city of Barcelona. He holds a degree in Sociology by UB University. He received a Master’s Degree in “The Knowledge and Information Society” from UOC online University, an Executive Master’s in “Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs” from UPF University and an Esade’s Programme in Public-Private Collaboration.
