Tom Grey

Tom Grey is Director of Consultancy at GAA Living. Tom has over 20 years’ experience in the residential real estate sector, and has been consulting within the Build to Rent sector since 2009. During this time Tom has set up an Asset Management vehicle backed by Aviva Investors, and been Acquisition and Transactions Director for one of the very first UK BTR Funds. Tom has a track record of working with early stage vehicles and teams in high-growth phases. Tom has worked across development, investment, asset management and operations. Tom provides consultancy across investment analysis and acquisition, design optimization and operational set up.
