Stanimira Milcheva

Stanimira Milcheva is a professor in Real Estate Finance at University College London (UCL). She is currently a policy fellow at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government in the UK.

Stani is active in shaping housing policy in the UK. She is the director of the Affordable Housing Centre at UCL and the founder of the Shared Ownership Data Initiative. She has secured a number of research funding grants and is the author of various policy reports on affordable housing.
