Sergi Seguí Consul

Sergi Seguí is a Civil and Geological Engineer with nearly two decades of experience in the construction and energy sectors. He joined ELECNOR in 2015 where he has advanced from Site Manager to his current role as PMO Manager, specializing in multi-project management. Currently, leading teams responsible for the (O&M) of several key service contracts in Catalonia. His expertise includes strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting and cost management to ensure project success.
