Philip is CBDO at Care Property Invest, a publicly listed Belgian healthcare REIT active in Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain and Ireland with a total portfolio worth € 1.3 billion.
In his previous role as Country Manager Spain, Philip was responsible for the entry of CPI in Spain in 2020 and the acquisition of CPI’s portfolio in Spain to 8 assets worth +/- € 115 million. The portfolio consists of predominantly greenfield assets and care homes but also consists of a senior living project.
