Miguel Pereda

Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Lar, where he has developed his career over the last 30 years. He is also a Vicepresident of Lar España Real Estate, the first REIT to be listed on the continuous market. Previously, he was CEO of Grupo Lar Grosvenor for 6 years. In 2015 he was appointed eminent member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) based in London.
