Luis combines his expertise in Energy and Projects in general, with a holistic view of how climate change implies risks and opportunities in the transition to a low-carbon economy. With this, he leads the development of legal solutions to support investors and sustainable businesses to deliver a technology-driven, sustainable and decarbonized future.
