With more than 22 years of experience in Strategic Consultancy and Valuation working at V&A in C&W, now I lead the ESG Group of RICS in Spain as well as I am part of the RICS Advisory Board. Our mission is to communicate and integrate the RICS practices into the Spanish Real Estate sector. At RICS, we have set the benchmark for implementing sustainability strategies, promoting transparency and ethics in valuations and transactions.
