Jon Blasby

Our Vision is that Castiel are at the forefront of a cultural change in organisations; challenging traditional hierarchy and roles, bringing more equality; and encouraging a higher purpose. My role is to bring Vision and Organisational Direction. My other activities include Board Member of RICS España and a Visiting Professor for the Master in Business for Architecture and Design at the IE Business School.
