Jaime Hugas

Jaime Hugas is co-CEO and co-founder of Conren Tramway (CT), a 2bn € real estate developer and investor with a 60 strong team and offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. CT invests in the Spanish offices, residential and logistics markets. Jaime’s background is in private equity and in investment banking at JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley in London. He is a Vice Chairman of APCE (developer’s association) and has served on the boards of private, public sector and not for profit organisations.
