Howard Pierce

Howard has been working in the real estate sector since
1993 first in the London market and since 1998 in Spain. His
UK experience was in the valuation, investment and agency
areas of business. He is a founding partner of Urban Input
(2004) and is involved on both the investor relations and
transaction sides of the business. He currently is responsible
for the Income Producing area of the business. Howard has a
BSc (Hons) in Land Management from Reading University,
has served on RICS European boards and is also a trainer
for assessment panels.
