Barnes currently oversees the sale of over 2,500 industrial assets with value > 1 bl. € and on behalf of an Arrow joint venture with Cerberus, the SIRE Fund has invested approx. 250mil in the last 3 years in Logistics sector in Spain, concentrating on Value-Add and Core Plus investments.
