Gian Luigi Albano

Gian Luigi Albano is Staff to the CEO of Consip SpA, Adjunct Professor of Economics at University LUISS “G. Carli,” Rome as well as Research Fellow at the Utrecht University Centre for Public Procurement. Since April 2025, he has been seconded to the Italian Land Property Agency (Agenzia del Demanio). He is the co-author of the book “The Law and Economics of Framework Agreements – Designing Flexible Solutions for Public Procurement” (Cambridge University Press, 2016).
