David Bros Espasa

Founder & CEO of UrbanTree Partners, a strategic consulting firm in real estate and tourism. With 20+ years of experience in investment, consulting, and management, he previously worked at McKinsey & Co. and served as CEO of a Caribbean real estate project and European Director at Timbers Resorts (Oaktree Capital). He is the Director of the Real Estate Program at ESADE and holds a Columbia Master in Real Estate, MIT and Harvard executive education, and Industrial Engineering degrees.
