Carles Vergara-Alert

Carles Vergara-Alert is Professor of Finance at IESE Business School, where he teaches Corporate Finance and Real Estate courses in the MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education Programs.
Carles earned a PhD in Finance and Real Estate and a Master of Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya.
He serves as an independent advisor for corporate boards and as a member of boards of advisors.
