Álvaro Urbón García-Fuentes

Mr. Urbon is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Urbon was an Investment Executive at Avalon Properties, where he focused on the execution of real estate transactions in Spain. Previously, Mr. Urbon was an Associate at Inmobiliaria Espacio. In addition, he was an Analyst on the Investment Banking team at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Urbon holds an M.A. in Economics as well as an M.A. in Law from Universidad de Navarra.
