Values behind ESG criteria

The application and compliance with ESG criteria in the real estate sector are complex and often clash with the incoherence of the industry’s own dynamics. Projects with a great impact on the territories; constructions in which a large amount of energy and raw materials are used; decision centers with a lack of gender and cultural diversity. This will be a session in which we will be able to make a much more humanistic than a technical assessment of compliance with ESG criteria in the real estate sector.
