The role of Venture Capital in Real Estate decarbonization

Venture Capital investment will play a key rol to develop new technologies that will fight climate change (climatetech) and will transform the construction value chain driven by digital innovation (construtech). The convergence of both will enable the descarbonization of buildings, reliable and scalable production capacity, and the improvement in productivity. That is all needed to transition to a sustainable built environment and, therefore, it is the point of alignment between Venture Capital and Real State Investors.
