The growth dilemma. The challenges to scaleup

Building a series A or internationalizing the activity of a startup and turning it into a scaleup requires different resources and skills than those available so far. New investor players will replace those who accompanied the original investors and the challenges of operating in different markets require a greater operational and commercial structure of the scaleups.
