Cross-border Investments insights and trends

Foreign investment of financial capital in markets other than those of origin facilitates the flow of international investments in domestic markets. This flow has made it possible, especially within the framework of the single currency, to achieve equivalent returns by asset type in different geographical markets, rebalancing international real estate investment patterns.
