Real estate transactional processes have become progressively more complex. Carrying out correct due diligence and analysis of all the existing documentation or that required by the parties is a challenge that every investor must face in the management of its portfolio. The stability of rents in flexible contracts can generate significant shifts in the valuation of the properties, as well as in the guarantees provided by the parties. Using technology and quality benchmarks to properly calibrate the expected risk versus the expected return is one of the competitive issues that we will discuss in this session.
