If in the session on cities and regulations we noted the trend towards population and economic concentration around large cities and urban centers, the rest of the territory plays a very important role in balancing such a trend. The challenge of making the preservation of the natural environment compatible with the transformation and creation of the necessary infrastructures to connect and develop emerging spaces requires a less common investor profile. An investor who seeks greater value creation but who requires more local knowledge, with a global vision of the growth opportunities in areas that are still undeveloped. We will see examples in this session of how far we can expand real estate investment beyond urban centers.
