Paula León Arias

Starting in international banking RBS and CACIB, both in Madrid in London for over ten years, in Real Estate Finance. Joined Sareb in 2013, the Spanish bad bank, working in debt management, Institutional Debt and creating the Loan Sales Channel. Participated in the Eu NPL Expert Panel of the European Commision. Also undertook direct lending deals in Spain for British investors, Paula joined Banco Sabadell in 2023 where she is now Head of Origination of Commercial Real Estate Loans and Hotels.
