Agustín Manzano Simorte

Agustín is currently Manager of Real Estate at Deloitte´s Financial Advisory, being specially focused on ESG matters. Previously he worked as a Real Estate Property Manager.

During the last years, his main tasks have been linked to ESG: Due Diligences for transaction and financing process, corporate ESG strategy definition, green financing process, CapEx plan definition, ESG Project Monitoring and sustainability certifications as LEED, BREEAM or WELL, among others.
