Presentation of the Quarterly Report from the Commercial Centers and Parks Sector Observatory

The APRESCO Observatory for the commercial centers and parks sector has become the most comprehensive and reliable source of information for the industry in Spain. This Observatory provides a quarterly presentation of the APRESCO Index’s evolution, reflecting the most relevant magnitudes of the sector, as well as an analysis of the macroeconomic context and the hottest topics in the industry.

The APRESCO Index offers aggregated average data of the sector based on the most comprehensive and representative sample of companies and commercial centers and parks available today, encompassing over 200 commercial centers and parks and 6 million square meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area).
